Upon launching the app, you'll be greeted with a user-friendly interface where the top displays your name, the number of days since birth, and your birth date. The central focus is the Biorhythm graph which visually represents the sin-curve fluctuations of your cycles—highlighting the ongoing state of your rhythms. At the bottom of the screen, you'll find insightful statistics detailing the percentage of each state—physical, emotional, and intellectual.

Navigating through it is straightforward, with a menu option that allows you to add or edit user profiles, adjust dates to explore past or future biorhythms, and swiftly return to the current date's analysis. Making changes to user information is easy, with prompts for adding, editing, and deleting accessible from the user list screen.

One critical feature to take note of is the 'Caution day'—the transition point at which a cycle switches from high to low or vice versa—implying that this is a time of potential instability making you prone to mistakes or accidents. This caveat underlines the importance of using the system as a guideline rather than a definitive predictor, as it is designed to act as a reference to potential trends in your cycles.
